First of all I want to say that most of you might think that this is nothing more than a hoax but you are wrong as this is a scheme run by UP government to distribute a smartphone to anyone who registers on their site.

To register, you just have to follow the steps given below :
Step 1 : Go to the link REGISTER HERE.
Step 2 : Just enter your name as shown in the blocks First, Middle, and Last name.
Step 3 : Enter Gender, DOB, Mobile No., Father's Name, etc.
Step 4 : Leave VLE Code empty.
Step 5 : Check both the options as shown in the image below.
Step 6 : Submit your application by clicking on the SUBMIT button.
Step 7 : A message will be sent to your given mobile number to confirm the registration process.
If everything went well you are now registered and you just have to wait for your new mobile phone to arrive.
